The CS&J committee consists of men and women that work in conjunction with Deep Well, St. Vincent de Paul at Holy Family Catholic Church and other agencies and churches to coordinate responses to requests for emergency assistance to Hilton Head Islanders in need. They answer calls for help from a variety of people who may have fallen behind in their financial responsibilities because of illness, loss of job, lack of work, etc. Volunteers commit to working at the CS&J office one half day each week or every other week.
The office is located on the church campus, and is open weekdays from 9:00 - 12:00. They can be contacted at 681-6350 x 255.
