The Hispanic Ministry serves all the Hispanic community of the parish with a variety of activities, including the following:

Mass in Spanish:  Saturday at 7:00 p.m.

Ministry Mission Statement:
The Hispanic Ministry serves all the Hispanic community of the parish with a variety of activities.

El Ministerio Hispano tiene como función, servir, apoyar e integrar a todas las personas hispanas de la parroquia, con varias actividades como las siguientes:

Misa en español, preparación para los sacramentos, RICA, equipos de Liturgia ( lectores, ministros extraordinarios de la Eucaristía) monaguillos, catequistas, quinceañeras, coro hispano, ministros de hospitalidad, Grupo de Oración, Retiros espirituales, Virgen peregrina, encuentro de parejas, Renovación conyugal, posadas navideñas, y otras actividades.

En Cristo, unidos en fe, amor y servicio.

Current Ministry Activities:

Mass in Spanish:  Saturday at 7:00 p.m.

Baptism Preparation:
  Baptism preparation classes are held every other month from 7:00 to 9:30 p.m; in the family center. Attendance of the parents and godparents is required.  Baptisms are celebrated once a month Saturday at 3:00p.m.

RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults):  Instructions on the Catholic faith begin in September on Tuesday from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m., in preparation for reception of the sacraments of baptism, confirmation and the Holy Eucharist at Easter.

Marriage:  Couples planning to marry must speak personally with Hispanic priest six months in advance, concerning preparation and celebration of the sacrament.

Ministries Liturgy: Parishioners receive training and then participate in their ministry in the celebration, Eucharist and other liturgies.

Prayer Group: Adults parishioners meet weekly on Wednesday in the family center from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m, to read and discuss Bible passages, to give praise and thanks to God, to pray for the community and to grow in faith.

Pies Descalzos Group: For the purpose of growing in faith.  Starting with the retreat on Pentecost and meeting, Thursday’s 7:00-9:00 p.m. Other Activities: Once a year.
