Scheduled Meetings: First Wednesday of each month at 11:00 a.m. in the Family Center. Our next meeting will be February 6th from 11 a.m. until 12:15 p.m. in the St. Francis Family Center. We have begun discussing the series of videos from the 2018 Peace and Justice Summit held in Montgomery, Alabama. Mission Statement: The Peace Movement of St. Francis group is part of the international Catholic peace movement. We meet in the spirit of the nonviolent Jesus. It is committed to the exploration of the Christian tradition and witness of nonviolence, which rejects war, preparations for war, and every form of violence and domination. It promotes the gospel imperative of peacemaking as a priority in the Catholic Church.
