Parish Retreats

Tell me briefly, what it is?

A 33-hour retreat presented for the St. Francis by the Sea parishioners at our Family Center. It is an opportunity to deepen your relationship with God and re-charge your spiritual life, while getting to know fellow parishioners better.

Christ Renews His Parish was started in 1969 and has been administered in over 1,250 parishes throughout the U.S. and in several other countries.

  What is it not?

It is not a silent retreat.

It is not a Parish organization.

It is not a public confession.

It is not an emotional cult.

 What happens during the weekend?

Those who have participated in the weekend experience say that “you can’t explain what happens: you have to experience it. ”This is your invitation to that “experience.”
