Greeters

Mission Statement: The role of the Greeters are to personally welcome all those who attend the weekend Masses.

Current Activities: Greeters arrive 20 minutes before Mass starts to greet those coming to attend the Mass.  As people arrive, they are greeted with a pleasant “hello” or “good morning” and personally welcomed to St. Francis by the Sea Church.  Greeters provide assistance into church for those that may require special help (entrance doors, etc.). Greeters assist in answering questions that new parishioners or visitors might have about the parish.

Current Volunteer Opportunities: Greeters are needed at the 5:30 p.m. and 12:15 p.m. Masses.  Please click on the names above to get a request form for more information on how to become a part of the Greeter Ministry.

New Schedule:  Our next schedule is November (2018), December (2018), and January (2019).  If you are not available during these times, please either log into your MSP profile and put those dates in or you may contact Colleen via e-mail.  All exceptions need to be in by Monday, October 15th.
